Relationship between Principal's Leadership Practice and Teacher's Efficacy
Abstract
This study aims to identify the relationship between principal's leadership practices and teachers' efficacies. A quantitative questionnaire, consisted of 40 items, was answered by a group of 40 school teachers in a secondary school. Results indicated that the teachers stated that the principal leadership practice in the school influents their efficacies. However, as a whole, the data indicated that there was no significance relationship between principal's leadership practices and teacher's efficacy.
