Enhancing Knowledge Culture through Rabbani Leadership in Secondary Schools

This paper presents the finding of building a knowledge culture through the practice of Rabbani leadership among the religion secondary school principals. Rabbani leadership is defined as the initiative to influence members which focuses on sharing responsibilities based on moral value from the teaching of Allah SWT. Results indicate that Rabbani leadership practice was frequently practiced among the principals. Besides that, sharing responsibilities practice was reported as higher than learning spirit and professional knowledge sharing practice aspects.
